12/30/2018 · The KYB Excel-G gas shocks are excellent on the Honda Odyssey, controlling bounce over street imperfections and those Speed bumps that can test your suspension when you go over them a bit to fast.( That’s when I realized my old shocks were not doing there job). The cost for the KYB’s is reasonable, considering the over priced OEM units.
These shock absorbers seem like a decent quality product at a reasonable price. I installed them on a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport. My vehicle has a lot of under-carriage rust, so removing the old shocks was a chore. After removing the old shocks , installation of the new ones was easy.
11/25/2014 · These shocks will give you that same ride quality but at a fraction of the dealer’s price. They come in two versions: the Excel-G and the Excel-GR2. The only difference you’ll find between the two is that the G’s come in black and the GR2’s come in silver. Overall these shocks come highly recommended from a lot of the forum users.
